Vibra Health Plan offers Medicare Advantage programs for residents throughout central Pennsylvania, with a network of over 13,000 providers. The company has its headquarters in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Medicare Advantage plans from Vibra Health Plan rely on a PPO structure. Members can use in-network or out-of-network providers, but the company pays a larger percentage for in-network care. Out-of-network care may require advance approval.

Vibra Health Plan began offering Medicaid Advantage programs in the fall of 2016. In 2017, Capital BlueCross purchased a majority share in the company for an undisclosed amount. Despite the acquisition, Vibra Health Plan continues to operate as a separate company with its own name and different Medicare Advantage plans from those offered by Capital BlueCross. Vibra does not offer Medicare supplement plans, also known as Medigap policies.

Vibra Health Plan Medicare Advantage

Vibra Health Plan offers two different plans: Essential Advocate PPO and Enhanced Complete PPO. The Essential PPO plan is available for a $0 copay. The other costs $27 a month in 2022. Both plans include coverage for prescription drugs as well as dental, vision and hearing care. The Enhanced Complete PPO plan includes additional benefits, such as transportation for appointments and in-home support services up to certain plan limits.
